Their documentation sucks, they suggest after installing the regular zoom client you login to the ZoomGov website and launch a meeting then you can end that meeting and will then be able to sign in to the Zoom Client with your ZoomGov credentials. So I know some of my fellow Sys Admins here are having to deal with the loveliness that is Zoom Gov.
